Publication

The purpose of this report is to review some of the leading marine habitat protection efforts to date worldwide and to identify lessons learned and best practices.  On the basis of those lessons and best practices, this report provides a variety of stakeholders with practical guidance for leading and engaging in the process of exploring and establishing BPAs.
